
Claire Neshat Design Limited (CNDL) was incorporated in New Zealand in 1999. The foundation of the company was based upon the comprehensive New Zealand and International experience in Interior and Exterior Design concepts and Project Management of the founder, Claire Neshat.
Claire Neshat has in excess of 15 years experience in the field of Interior Design and Project Management. From 1981 – 1991, Claire Neshat was involved in Interior Design Consultancy in U.S.A. Numerous private and commercial projects were undertaken during this period.
In addition to CNDL, Claire Neshat also set up separate company named Procurement Plus Ltd to cater for direct supply of products to clients. Procurement Plus Ltd. was established in 2004 in New Zealand and proved to be a successful business with a healthy annual net income. The company proved to be a valuable asset to the client base.
This company then set up many supply chain contracts within New Zealand and internationally, with a variety of suppliers to incorporate the clients interior design product needs, and was run in tandem with CNDL, complementing the clients design and procurement requirements.
Since 1991 to the present day, Claire Neshat has obtained an extensive resume of very substantial interior and exterior design projects and project management in New Zealand.
